Construction Schedule:

Rim with heal block; Lance Kragenbrink : (shipping to Paul Woolson)

Back construction and neck block, join to rim; Paul Woolson: in process nearing completion: (will ship to Bruce Dickey)

Top construction and join to body; Bruce Dickey: in process joined, Rosette complete, to be braced, rim profiled and top installed: (will ship to Brock Poling)

Bind and purfling; Brock Poling: standing by: (will ship to John How)

Bridge fabrication; Michael Propsum: standing by:(will ship to John How and will comunicate on fit-up details in advance)

Fretboard; John Mayes: near completion but on hold till John gets his drum sander fixed this week we hope:(will ship to Craig Lavin)

John got the parts to fix his drum sander. should have it read to use this week

Neck and neck fit up: John How: in process waiting on fretboard and body: (will ship to peghead overlay Craig Lavin. When neck and fretboard is joined and fitted ship neck to Hank Mauel)

Design and inlay peghead and position markers; Craig Lavin: standing by still in doubt on the inlay design (will ship both the peghead and fretboard to John How for completion of neck/fretboard fir up)

Fretting; Hank Mauel: standing by: (will ship to Michael Payne)

**Note to me there is an issue on leveling the frets before the bridge is permantly installed I am interested in how we will handle this issue.

Prep and French polish and label: Michael Payne: standing by: (will ship to Michael McClain for final set up)

**Note, I have not heard from Michael McClain to confirm that he is still in for the final setup. If I am wrong on how is to do this please let me know as my notes have some confusion on this issue.

Please let me know of any material issues and schedule problems you see.

Yes Mike, I was talking with Woolson earlier and I plan to run this by our chief Michael Payne too. For about $25 a pop we've got to ship this guitar around to numerous folks. So I see multiple opportunities.
